Packages

Day Of Coordination

Are you a bride who loves to plan things on your own? Then our "Day of" service is perfect for you! After you have done all of the legwork, we'll help you manage all the logistics and execute them flawlessly on your big day so that you can enjoy every moment without any stress.

Partial Planning

$3150

 If you need some assistance, direction, and support throughout the wedding planning process, our partial coordination service is just what you need. We'll work with you to ensure everything is in place for your special day.

Full Planning

Full service coordination is ideal for the bride who wants to sit back and relax while we handle everything. We'll work behind the scenes to bring your dream wedding to life and take care of every last detail, leaving you free to enjoy your big day.

Details

  • The wedding planning and coordination process will begin anywhere from one month to one year before the scheduled wedding date, depending on the selected package. Rehearsal coordination is included in all packages.
  • For distances exceeding 100 miles outside of my immediate area, additional fees will be required for air travel, accommodations, and mileage. The amount of travel required during the planning process up to the day of the wedding will determine the fee, which may vary per package.
  • We offer unlimited contact to assist you with anything you need, such as venue information, vendor suggestions, or moral support and encouragement throughout the planning process. You can reach out via call, text, or email, and we guarantee a response within 48 hours.
  • For partial and full packages, we provide a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding, taking into consideration your selected vendors. We will create a map of the entire event and reception layout, including rental items so that everything will be placed exactly where you want it.
  • On your wedding day, we will oversee the ceremony and reception setup, ensuring the correct placement of all rental items and assisting with the styling of key wedding elements. We will coordinate everyone and everything to make sure the ceremony flows smoothly and effortlessly, including coordinating the wedding party and officiant, ensuring that everyone is in their proper place at the proper time.
  • We also assist with the wedding party and family for photographs, either pre- or post-ceremony, and coordinate all reception activities. We work with the bride and groom to create and follow their reception timeline, coordinating all planned activities in conjunction with the DJ and photographer for the first dance, family dances, toasts, bouquet toss, garter, cake cutting, and grand exit.
  • Finally, we ensure placement of valuables like gifts, cake-topper and servers, sign-in books, and other valuable items/memorabilia are placed in designated containers and taken to the designated vehicle for safe transport home.
